Global Ganja Report monitors the Global War on Cannabis and its implications for human and civil rights, democracy and ecology. With an international network of contacts and correspondents, we scan the world press and Internet for stories from everywhere that cannabis culture is under attack—as well as those places where the herb is being liberated.

We cover the worldwide movements for legalization, decriminalization and medical marijuana; we document the growing militarization of the global eradication regime; and we analyze how both cultivation and eradication efforts intersect with warfare, armed struggle and counterinsurgency.
